    mystery washers

    I was disappointed with this purchase because the collars wouldn't tighten at all. I showed it to one of our lifters who found some rubber washers inside the tightening bar. Once they were removed, and we kept the metal washers, the collars worked fine. Might be nice if were told this beforehand!

    thank you for your review James, we would note those rubber washers are meant to be there - they were likely just a bit dry and cold due to the weather.
