Our light platforms offer a 30mm thick, 3m wide by 2m deep, platform ideal for putting anywhere with a solid floor. This platform has a 1m wide central wooden section flanked by reconstituted rubber mats ideal for all forms of training including overhead Olympic lifts. The platform has a steel surround designed to keep the platform stable during explosive lifts taking the overall size to 3.06m x 2.06m.
This platform comes with our special Phenol surface which gives even better underfoot gripping.
