The 2XL Weightlifting Bar is a superb multi-function weightlifting bar. Made from high quality steel with brass bearings for strength and smooth operation. Meets IWF bar diameter standards so ideal training bar. Comfortable but deep knurling with dual hand markings for both Olympic and Powerlifting lifts (no central knurling). The perfect bar for wide range of lighter lifts. Great for all standard exercises and functional training.
