How to Perform a Seated Row
Adjust the seated row machine so the chest pad is at sternum height. Your arms should be fully extended when you grip the handles. Sit tall, drive your feet into the floor, and pull your chest into the pad. Take a deep breath, brace your core, and pull the handles, driving your elbows past your torso. Control the return to complete the rep with full range and tension.
